New Advanced Screener functionality. Fixes an excessive CPU utilization issue with IQFeed and in general. Update for a datafeed change with RML, Tradefreedom and OC Securities. Some other minor fixes.

Update for already installed versions of QuoteTracker

The beta is distributed as a FULL INSTALLATION. If you already have QuoteTracker installed, download the beta installation of QuoteTracker (above) and install it over the existing version. Your existing portfolios and settings will be retained. You do NOT need to uninstall QuoteTracker first. You can also WebUpdate from existing QuoteTracker versions if you enable beta notification on the Preferences/Misc screen
