	FIXED - CHARTS - VolatilityStop did not work in 3.9.6a (beta)
	FIXED - PORTFOLIO - TD AMERITRADE SYNCED PORTFOLIOS - was not handling short against the box
	FIXED - PORTFOLIO - ValChg incorrect - TOTAL row
	FIXED - WATCHLIST - if sorted, drag/drop symbols across sections does not work

	ADDED - CHARTS - WATERMARK - option to show symbols only
	FIXED - ADAL - EDIT screen does not allow editing
	FIXED - CHARTS - Removed delay when adding extra space on the chart
	FIXED - PORTFOLIO - Portfolio display messed up when a lot of separators...
	FIXED - TICKER TAPE - when set to show WatchList, screws up option symbols
	FIXED - WATCHLIST - Cannot have more than 100+ option symbols. Crashes when you try to add (Jerry) - resolved.
	FIXED - WATCHLIST - Deleting Option symbols screws up the symbol list

Include the full text of the error message and what QuoteTracker was doing when the error came up. The better the description of the error, the easier it will be for us to find and fix it.

Update for already installed versions of QuoteTracker

The beta is distributed as a FULL INSTALLATION. If you already have QuoteTracker installed, download the beta installation of QuoteTracker (above) and install it over the existing version. Your existing portfolios and settings will be retained. You do NOT need to uninstall QuoteTracker first. You can also WebUpdate from existing QuoteTracker versions if you enable beta notification on the Preferences/Misc screen
